  1.   Putting in Data involves filling in the"Thing" (the long
  2. white bar) and a Topic. You can use this to add a new topic
  3. name, by typing in the new topic. You can also add and
  4. maintain topics from Edit/Topic  Maintenance.

  6. If you want the item to be marked Important, click on the
  7. Important checkbox. If you wish it date-stamped, click on
  8. "stamp date". Stamping the date can be automatic by
  9. checkon on Options/Auto Stamp date. If you manually enter
  10. a date in a Thing, make sure it is in slash format, with
  11. month,day,year numbers entered.

  13. When you have filled in the new item, and topic (optional),  and
  14. have the importance set, click on ADD to add the item to your list.

  16. Editing functions include, (after clicking an a thing in the list):
  17.           Replace: work with Thing already in list.
  18.           Move: move the Thing to a new place in the list
  19.                     Click on a thing, click Move, then click on
  20.                     the new place desired.
  21.                     The main view is changed to Forward/Complete

  23.          Combine: Choose an item from the current list. Then choose
  24.          Edit/Combine, and select a second item (it's the same list
  25.          to combine with the first. You may edit the combined item
  26.          if you wish. Then choose OK to combine the two items,
  27.          or Cancel to cancel.
